Boosting the ecosystem’s effectiveness locally and supporting the growth of knowledge and innovation in this critical sector was established on Monday by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

The launch of HPDC is in line with the #PIFstrategy 2021-2025, which aims to develop and enable the capabilities of key sectors in Saudi Arabia – including consumer goods and retail, and food and agriculture – to localize industries and improve the trade balance.

The HPDC intends to export its products to a variety of markets around the world.
#PIF congratulates the Halal Products Development Company on the signing of a joint venture agreement with BRF, for the purpose of establishing a company in Saudi Arabia mandated to increase production in the poultry sector, and boost the localization of food manufacturing.
