APEX, Airline Passenger Experience Association, is a network of leading airlines, suppliers, and industry-related companies. The assessment is based entirely on the passenger experience.
It surveys passenger feedback from over one million flights worldwide. This unique rating is based entirely on documented passenger response. An accredited audit firm audited the assessment results and divided the airlines into four categories.
