Makkah — The Civil Defense has urged the users of the Al-Mashaer Train in the holy sites to abide by instructions and tips to ensure their safety.
The Civil Defense urged, through an infographic published on their official account on the Twitter platform, users of the AlMashaer Train to adhere to several things to ensure and maintain their safety, which are:
1 – Users of the Al-Mashaer Train must adhere to the deadlines set for the campaigns.
2 – Users must follow the security men’s signs and instructions.
3 – Train users must not carry luggage.
4 – Users need to avoid crowds to maintain their safety.
The train project is considered one of the most crucial transportation projects in the Holy Sites, developed over years to increase and facilitate the service provided to the pilgrims and advance it to accomplish the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.
The trial run for the Al Mashaer train to the Holy Sites was conducted on June 8. The test was done ahead of receiving the pilgrims for the Hajj 2022-1443 season.
The train operations were on hiatus for two years due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
