Riyadh: MHRSD announced that public sector employees could check their personal and employment data through the ministry’s app. MHRSD is the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The feature enables public sector employees to check their employment data, qualifications, and total service years. It is a historical record of sick leaves and the status of grievances submitted.

The MHRSD launched the app during the LEAP Conference held in Riyadh from 1 to 3 February 2022. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology under “One Eye on the Stars.”
The MHRSD’s app will improve employee experience and communication with customers and combine the services in a unified application.

The app also includes several services, most notably:
- Reviewing rules and regulations
- Communicating with the ministry
- Reviewing digital cards
- Manually settling labor disputes
- Reporting labor system violations
- Reviewing employment data
- Tracking sick leave
The application will automate and digitize the ministry’s services to facilitate everyone’s access to the services they seek without visiting the ministry or any of its branches.
