On Friday, June 3, the Mi Gente hit singer takes to the stage as part of the Jeddah Season 2022. Reggaeton genre singer J Balvin will light up the stage in Saudi Arabia next month.
Reggaeton blends Jamaican reggae music and dancehall with other Latin American styles, bomba, and plena. It also carries shades of hip hop. The music generally combines Spanish rap.

J Balvin will headline a Jeddah Season 2022 concert. The Colombian singer will perform on Friday, June 3, at the Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium.
J Balvin is one of the megastars propelling Latin music to the forefront of the international music scene.
So far, J Balvin has collaborated with international stars Ciardi B, Pharell Williams, and Sean Paul. Balvin has over 20 billion views on YouTube.
Previously, J Balvin was to perform in the Middle East in September 2019 at UFC 242 in Abu Dhabi. He, however, pulled out due to illness.
With it a roster of 2,800 events, Jeddah Season 2022 returned this May after a lapse of two years. The 2,800 events will take place through May and June.
The Jeddah experience includes 140 restaurants and cafés. It also has,

- nine entertainment zones
- two international plays
- one international circus
- four exhibitions
- five beach activities.
The organizers have promised four international music concerts. So, J Balvin is the first of more superstars to be announced soon.
