A special Box, Ride, and Pulse Studio is holding a Flow event to raise breast cancer awareness. On Friday, October 28, at 11.30 am, the boutique fitness studio will host the 60-minute session.
Cycling, boxing, and cool-down yoga flow are all included in the SAR100 per person session. Joyn Bakery will also offer delectable post-workout treats.
