New Saudi Featured Film
The new Saudi feature film “Champions” was released. The 90-minute comedy is inspired by the Spanish movie “Campeones.” Maram Taibah and Wael Al Saeed adapted the script for the Arab audiences. to raise awareness of people with special needs.
The story of Khaled raises awareness of people with special needs. The arrogant, temperamental assistant coach of a top Saudi football team. Khalid’s temper after a frustrating match lands him in disciplinary court.
He is removed from his job and sentenced to community service of coaching a group of players with intellectual disabilities. Khaled soon realizes how much he has to learn from his new team when they counter his bad attitude with infectious innocence and good humor.
A New Art Exhibition
The Olay-Art exhibition at Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh’s weekend. The hotel transformed its lobby into an art gallery with paintings. The free entry exhibition runs for two weeks.
