Florida — On Friday, the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Internal Auditors Global signed an agreement of cooperation to collaborate their efforts to support practitioners of internal auditing and control systems in the Kingdom.
The signing ceremony of the agreement was held at the headquarters of the IIA in Florida, US.
Dr. Al-Angari stressed the significance of the collaborative agreements as the base for the internal auditing profession in Saudi Arabia and an integral part of improved governance efforts in the Kingdom.
CEO IIA Saudi Arabia, AlShebeili, clarified the agreement enhances the role of IIA–Saudi Arabia in the internal auditing profession in Saudi Arabia. Whereby maximizing training and professional development opportunities for internal auditors and supporting IIA’s auditors.
