Saudi Arabia UK signs an MoU for a Strategic Partnership Council
On Wednesday, Riyadh — Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, deputy premier, and defense minister, received British PM Boris Johnson at Al-Yamamah Palace. The Crown Prince and Boris Johnson signed an MoU to create the Saudi British Strategic Partnership Council during the meeting.
The Crown Prince hosted an official reception for Boris Johnson and the accompanying delegation at the Royal Court of Al-Yamamah Palace. They discussed the latest developments in Ukraine.

During the session of official talks, they discussed strengthening the friendly relations and bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
The two discussed opportunities in wide-ranging fields and ways to develop them further. They also discussed international and regional matters of common interest and efforts undertaken to address issues.

The Saudi-British Strategic Partnership Council meeting also took place on the sidelines of the talks. Saudi Arabia, the UK, and Northern Ireland governments signed an MoU for a Strategic Partnership Council.
