RIYADH — The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) revealed four conditions that expatriates must meet for traveling from the Kingdom. These requirements are airline reservations via or any other carriers, valid visa; valid travel document; and compliance with the conditions required to enter the destination country.

The Jawazat emphasized that institutional quarantine procedures must be adhered to by all those coming to the Kingdom from those countries where no travel suspension is in force.

The exemption for the previously announced categories related to institutional quarantine still remains, with the condition that the preventive measures are well observed as announced by the Ministry of Health.

The exempted are the citizens who arrive through the Kingdom’s airports, citizen’s non-Saudi wife, or non-Saudi husbands, and the domestic workers accompanying any of the above categories.

The exemption from institutional quarantine is also for unvaccinated domestic workers attending an immune resident, official delegations, diplomatic visa holders, diplomats and their families, airline crew, and those associated with health supply chains.

The categories also include crews of marine ships, truck drivers, and their attendants.
