The Arab Parliament condemned the targeting of innocent civilians in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, killing two people and injuring seven.

Cairo — The Arab Parliament condemned the targeting of innocent civilians in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, killing two people and injuring seven.

The Arab Parliament affirmed that this deliberate criminal act of the terrorist Houthi militia targets civilians; and civilian facilities and is an act of war crime by the Iran-backed Houthi militia; and a flagrant violation of all international laws.

The Cairo-based group called on the UN to hold the perpetrators accountable; stressing its unconditional support for the measures taken by Saudi Arabia; for the protection of its security, stability, and sovereignty of its territories.

Bahrain too condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s attack on the cities of Najran and Jazan. The Arab Parliament expressed its condolence and sympathy to the governments of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Yemen, and the victims’ families.

Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed its solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and support for all measures Saudia takes to maintain its security, stability, and territorial integrity.

The international community has been called upon to condemn these heinous terrorist attacks committed by the Houthi militia in total violation of international law.

Additionally, Jordan also strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s targeting of Jazan and Najran regions by two projectiles; which resulted in two deaths in Jazan and the injury of many others.
