In his cable, the Saudi monarch said:
“She was a model of leadership that will be immortalized in history. We appreciate the deceased’s efforts in consolidating the friendship, cooperation, and relations between our two countries.
The high international status that Her Majesty enjoyed throughout the decades she was on the throne of a friendly country.
