Riyadh, July 15, 2021, — The custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman’s Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, KSrelief, has held a joint virtual symposium with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) designated “Access to Education.” The thrust of the discussion was to create greater access to education for the impoverished.
The Saudi humanitarian Aid organization KSrelief was represented at the symposium by Dr. Hana bint Omar, Director of the Community Support Department.
The symposium was arranged to discuss the strategic frameworks required to support education in the poor and needy countries and exchange ideas on the most prominent challenges and experiences related to this matter.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has historically supported all efforts to advance the educational sector in impoverished countries.
The symposium conducted between KSrelief and ICRC falls within the framework of the efforts carried out by the Kingdom for many years, for the betterment of all human lives. KSrelief is continuing its outreach to enhance knowledge; and exchange experiences with the humanitarian organization regarding the development and expansion of humanitarian work.
