Makkah, July 12, 2021, — The new website for the translation of sermons project, wisely inducted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ was launched today. This project will translate the sermons delivered at Arafat and the Two Holy Mosques.
Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Suwdais, President General of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet Mosque Affairs has announced, the purpose of the project is to provide translations of the sermons in ten languages. Furthermore, he said that the translation project is set to benefit millions of people via the Two Holy Mosques’ Minaret platform and e-platforms that are related to the General Presidency, beginning from the Hajj of 2021.
The large number of people who have already benefited from the translation of the Arafat sermon from the year 1439 H to the year 1441 H has been more than 35 million people worldwide.
He added that the announcement of projects’ operational readiness is the fulfillment of the directions of the country’s wise leadership and to propagate the message of the pure religion of Islam around the world.
