Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirms worshipers do not need a permit to perform the Eid prayer in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
The ministry indicated that entering the Grand Mosque does not require a permit. However, it is necessary to have an Umrah permit through the Eatmarna application.
