Saudi Arabia Airlifts first batch of COVID-19 Medical, Preventive Supplies to Tunisia
The Tunisia administration has been under pressure in its fight against the global pandemic of Covid-19

Riyadh, July 14, 2021, — King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has sent out today the first batch of Medical supplies via a Saudi airlift to the Republic of Tunisia to help the brotherly country in combating the spread of COVID-19.

The Tunisia administration has been under pressure in its fight against the global pandemic of Covid-19

This delivery of Medical and preventive supplies comes as the implementation of the humanitarian directions given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This humanitarian gesture also comes in answer to the request of the Tunisian President Kais Saied, made during his telephone call with the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Minister of Defense.

Earlier this morning, two cargo aircrafts carrying essential medical and preventive supplies and equipment took off from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh for Tunisia.

This gesture is an attestation of the deep-rooted brotherly relations that bind the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Tunisia.
