Riyadh — A Unified Call Center for offering services for Premium Residency, Special Privilege Iqama holders will be established shortly. The Premium Residency Center (PRC) is in the process of concluding a contract with a company specialized in information technology to operate the Unified Call Center (UCC), Al-Watan newspaper reported.
The PRC seeks to achieve the strategic objectives of operating the UCC, which will provide services to customers of all categories, individuals, government entities, and private agencies.

The UCC is one of the most vital projects that significantly improve customer experience and satisfaction. Hence, PRC has sought companies with extensive experience to operate the center to respond to their inquiries; and solve the problems they encounter in the best possible manner.
The Council of Ministers established the PRC for the Premium Residency System on May 14, 2019; and the issuance of the royal decree in this regard. It supports those wishing to obtain the Saudi Premium Residency Iqama through its electronic services system; and the center communicates directly with customers worldwide.

The new U.S. green card-style Premium Residency targets mainly entrepreneurs, investors, and skilled expatriates, and it does not require a Saudi sponsor or employer.
