September is usually when Apple announces the new iPhone during an event, often on Tuesday or Wednesday of the second week of September.
Since the events are virtual rather than in person at the Steve Jobs theater, such marketing materials can only be published one week in advance.
Whatever the case, we will cover the event through our official accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and the website. Let us get acquainted with the following lines on the most important products expected to be launched at the Apple 2021 event.
All evidence indicates that Apple plans to hold its event in September, specifically on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, and send invitations to the press and media on the 7th of the same month.
Looking at Apple’s hypothetical events over the past 18 months, we expect the September event to be a pre-recorded video that will feature Apple CEO Tim Cook and then other company executives.
The event will be broadcast via Apple’s website, YouTube channel, and Apple TV app. On iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Unlike last year, which saw the delay in the launch of the iPhone 12 as it was unveiled in October due to the Corona pandemic, it is believed that the iPhone 13 will be announced in September.
What do you expect from iPhone 13 this year? So far, rumors suggest that the iPhone 13 will be similar to the previous iPhone 12 but with a smaller bump.
Also, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will feature notable camera improvements and ProMotion screens with 120Hz refresh rate support.
According to Bloomberg and analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 13 will contain a new satellite communication technology, and this feature will allow users to send emergency messages when they are in areas without cellular service.
As for other rumors about the iPhone 13, they are as follows:
New 1TB storage option
mmWave 5G technology supported in more countries
The new A15 chip
The seventh-generation Apple Watch Series 7 is expected to make significant design changes. Rumors indicate that this year’s Apple Watch will feature a flat-edged design and be available in new sizes, 41 mm and 45 mm instead of 40 mm and 44 mm.
We expect that The new Apple Watch is announced during a September event with the iPhone 13 family.
Moreover, while health features are a significant selling point for the Apple Watch, we do not expect major updates this section this year. Apple is said to be working on updating existing features, including blood oxygen metering and arrhythmia notifications.
However, some unconfirmed news indicated that the Apple 7th generation smartwatch is facing production delays due to its new design, which may mean that the watch may not be launched at the unveiling event of the iPhone 13.
However, it is more likely that Apple will announce it in the September event, with limited quantities of them being provided at the beginning, or launching them at the event and making them available after a period until a large amount of them are available.
While the iPad Pro was updated earlier this year with the M1 chip, Apple still has two more new iPads and some sites have reported that the company is working on a new iPad mini powered by the same A15 processor as the iPhone 13 as well as a new entry-level iPad with a chip.
The A13 is inside, and the A12 Bionic chip power the current 10.2-inch iPad.
In addition, Bloomberg had previously reported that the iPhone maker is working on a new iPad mini later this year, 2021.
The new iPad mini is expected to have slimmer bezels and no Home button. While we expect to announce these new iPads at some point
This fall, it’s unclear whether they will be announced during the September event or if Apple will hold a second event sometime in October or November 2021.
We have been waiting for a new generation of wireless AirPods (Apple launched over-ear AirPods Max in December 2020, but it does not count). AirPods were last updated in March 2019, and Apple released AirPods Pro in October 2019.
Will our long wait finally end in September 2021? It seems that even though we may see Apple’s wireless AirPods 3, the second generation AirPods Pro will not be here until the following year, 2022.
The standard AirPods will get a new design and other feature sets similar to the Pro model. Moreover, the AirPods 3’s legs will be shorter, and we may also get new silicone ear tips that help the active noise canceling feature work effectively. The charging case is expected to look similar to the current AirPods Pro charging case.
During this event, we expect Apple to give another detailed look at the new features coming in iOS 15 and watchOS 8 and announce their official release dates. MacOS Monterey likely will not come out until later this year, maybe October or November.
Unfortunately, if you have been waiting for the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro powered by the M1X chip, you will probably keep waiting. We do not expect Apple to announce new Macs during its September event, as rumors currently suggest the device may arrive in October or November.
The new MacBook Pros are also expected to feature small LED screens and the return of MagSafe, HDMI, and SD connectivity options. The company is also working on an Advanced Mac mini with an M1X chip.
Finally, Apple has a lot more up its sleeve to unveil it in September, especially after the lull that came in July and August. Of course, many of us are waiting for the new iPhone and its amazing features with iOS 15.
How about you? What device would you like to see during the iPhone 13 launch event in September? Let us know in the comments.c
