Anyone who wants to travel to Phillippines must register in the e-travel program. Enrolling in this program is relatively easy when comparing it to One Health Pass. The registration requires travelers to submit preliminary health, vaccination, and life information.

How to apply for Travel Card

The registration process is straightforward as it does not let you go somewhere physically for registration. All you need is your mobile phone and internet connection because the system is based online.

  • First of all, visit etravel.gov.ph.
  • Secondly is to select your nationality. 
  • Then enter information about your travel and email address.
  • Last, enter your details, and then you will be provided a health declaration form. Please fill it out to complete your registration process.

Following are some requirements which an applicant must fill in:

  • Your name
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Email 
  • Date of birth 

After providing the above information, you will ask to provide COVID-19-related information, including details about vaccination and travel history.

You will receive an email from the Philippines authority after completing your form.
