You can use the ATMs in the Kingdom Tower to withdraw cash.

From this ticket desk, visitors will be escorted into the first high-speed elevator. They will be whizzed up to the King Abdullah Mosque (the highest mosque globally) on the 77th floor. From there, they are transferred to the second elevator, and with the elevator doors opening, they will find themselves on Sky Bridge, surrounded by the capital city, Riyadh.
