1. Event Dates and Location
Like the previous edition, Noor Riyadh 2024 will illuminate Riyadh from November 16 until December 3, 2024.

2. Theme: “Horizons of Light”

The theme is also dedicated to the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 objectives, symbolizing the Saudi state’s progress toward profound transformation.
Many Saudi artists, as well as artists globally, have been invited to represent this theme in different and novel forms. It is a rather exciting adventure engaging the visitors’ senses to reflect deep thoughts on light.
3. Main Hubs and Installations
For 2024, Riyadh will have a series of hubs in which several installations and events will operate centralized from one place to another.
Officially, the exact hubs for Noor Riyadh 2024 have not yet been confirmed. The details can be changed closer to the festival’s start date. However, the anticipated hubs based on prior events include;
- King Abdul Aziz Financial District(KAFD)
- King Abdul Aziz Historical Centre
- JAX District
- Wadi Hanifa
- Diriyah
- And, Diplomatic Quarter
