General Information
The hospital was built on the instructions of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Al-Ahsa Region. The project completed its construction in May/June 2002 and began in 1995.
Al-Ahsa, or Al-Hasa, lies in the southern part of the Kingdom’s Eastern Province. It is surrounded by the deserts Al-Daman and Al-Dahna. The main cities are Al-Hofuf and Al-Mubraz, Salwa, Al-Eyon and Al-Emran.

Building Infrastructure
The hospital is a 300-bed capacity and is constantly expanding. The ground floor has the pharmacy, Outpatient Clinics, four Operating Rooms, and Day Surgery Operation Room for easy access.
The hospital buildings are a 3-level structure of 35,000 sq. meters each. The buildings also include the Basement.

Employee health Clinic services, Business clinics, Family Medicine, and Day Clinics are available to all outpatient children, adults, and geriatric patients of both sexes.
The total number of patients attending our clinics in 2020 was 32,387, including walk-ins and booked appointments.
The hospital also provides Hemodialysis Services, Physical Therapy, the Radiology Department, Endoscopy, E.R.E.R., I.C.U., obstetrics and gynecology departments with L&D rooms, an Administration section, and a Mosque.
