The Japanese carmaker Toyota has launched a new limited-production version of its popular 2021 Corolla sedan called Apex.
Toyota says the Apex version brings out the capabilities inherent in the TNGA-C wheelbase used in the Corolla sedan. The car is available with a multi-link rear suspension with unique coil springs that lower the car’s height by 0.6 and make it perform better on curves.

In addition, the Corolla Apex also has custom-tuned shock absorbers, unique rigid stabilizer bars, and carefully developed 18-inch wheels for highly efficient brake cooling.
In terms of power, the Corolla Apex will draw its power from a 2-liter engine that generates 169 strands and 204 Nm of torque, and the engine is mated to a dynamic CVT transmission. At the same time, only 120 versions of the Apex with an iMT six-speed manual transmission will be available.
The Corolla 2021 Apex is distinguished from the regular Corolla versions with the elegant black parts spread in its design, in addition to sleek bronze accents and a rear spoiler. An optional Aero suite is available.
Regarding the color options, the car is available in three exterior paint options: the exclusive cement color with a black roof, white with a black pearl roof, and black pearl color.
In contrast, the Corolla SE Apex will have fabric upholstery inside. The Corolla XSE Apex will also get elegant black SofTex fabric upholstery, heated front seats, and an Eight-direction adjustable driver.
In conclusion, all Corolla Apex editions will have black mirror caps no matter which color you choose.
