1. Recharge through mySTC Website
- Login to mySTC account with your User Name and Password.
- Select the mobile number to recharge from the “Select Account” option.
- Click Recharge and select the amount.
- Select a payment method of your choice, like Mada and credit cards.
- Recharge Card: Insert the Recharge Code, and then complete the recharging process.
2. Recharge using the mySTC Application
- Firstly, download the mySTC application from the links below
- Log in to the app using your username and password.
- Select the number you want to recharge from the “select account” option.
- Click Recharge and select the amount.
- Select a payment method of your choice, like Mada and credit cards.
- Recharge Card: Insert the Recharge Code, and then complete the recharging process.
You can use the mySTC app for accessing other services as well, such as checking your data and minutes, finding out about the latest bundles and packages, and, of course, activating them. The app allows you to stay in control of your usage and updated about the latest news regarding your SIM.
3. Recharge using the STC Self-Service Machines
- You can go to your nearest self-service machines installed all across KSA (nearest location).
- Select sawa Recharge, then select the number you want to recharge.
- Insert your ATM card or credit card, then insert the PIN code and complete the recharge process.
The Kiosks are available in multiple locations throughout the city. It’s important to check and find their location before going. You can easily access and top up using your cards, which eases the process.
4. Recharge STC via the Recharge Voucher/Card
If you have purchased an STC recharge card/voucher, you can use the code to recharge via the following methods:
- Dial *155*+ recharge code + # from your phone.
- Send a message to 900 with the Recharge number (space) 155.
- Call 1500 from your phone, select Recharge from the list, and insert the recharge card code you purchased.
- Log on to the STC website, sawa the recharge page, insert the mobile number to be recharged, then the recharge card code.
- You can buy the recharge card from official STC stores all over the kingdom or buy them online through the STC website.
5. Recharge STC through Another Mofawtar Line
You can also charge your prepaid line via any other postpaid number:
- Send a message to 900 (from left to right) with your recharge amount (space), then the mobile number you want to recharge (space) 144.
- For example, messaging “100 +966-50-12345678 144” to 900 will recharge your account with 100 SAR
6. Recharge using Another Prepaid Line
To recharge your prepaid line via another prepaid line:
- Send a message to 900 (from left to right) with your required recharge amount (space) and the mobile number you need to recharge (space) 133.
7. Using the Top Me Up Service for Recharge
- From left to right, type your transfer amount (space) and your calling number (space) 170 in the text box and send it to 900.
8. Recharge STC Via Banks
You can recharge your number using your Bank’s website, ATM, or application.
a) Via Website
- Access your bank account through the Bank’s website.
- Select “Payments or Billing Payment,” The services under your national ID will appear.
- Click Recharge your sawa line or insert the sawa service subscription number and activate it in your bank account.
- Select your suitable payment method and complete the recharging process.
b) Via Bank ATM
- Insert your ATM Card into your bank ATM and enter your PIN code.
- Choose Service Payment and then select STC.
- Select prepaid and insert your mobile number, then the recharge amount, and complete the recharging process.
c) Through Bank Application
- Download your bank application on your mobile and register.
- Log in to the application.
- Click service payment, select mobile Recharge, and enter your mobile number and National ID(Iqama).
- Select your preferred payment method from the options and complete the recharging process.
d) Via Banks’ Service Number
- Call your Bank Service Number from your mobile or landline.
- Listen to the automatic answer and insert your PIN code.
- Choose STC Mobile Recharge Service.
- Enter the number you want to recharge.
- Then, insert the recharge amount.
- Select payment method through the bank account or credit card and complete the recharge process.
9. Recharge using the STC Pay Application
- Download the STC pay application from the links below
- Login to STC Pay by inserting your mobile number and PIN code.
- Click STC Corner from the bottom menu.
- Choose Recharge sawa and enter the mobile number you want to recharge.
- Enter the amount that you want and pay from your digital wallet.
10. Recharging STC using Amazon
You can directly recharge your number using this link, or you can use the Amazon website or app to recharge.
a) Via Amazon Website
- Open the Amazon website.
- Go to the dropdown menu and choose the mobile recharge option.
- Enter your mobile number, choose STC as the operator, then enter the amount you want.
- Now enter your email and password or register for new customers
- Select your payment method of choice and place an order.
- Enter payment verification code.
- Recharge completed (You will receive email and SMS).
b) Via Amazon App
- Download the Amazon App from the app store.
- Sign in or register in the application.
- Select the “recharge your mobile” option from the home page.
- Enter your mobile number, select the operator “STC,” and enter the amount you want to recharge.
