1. Recharge through mySTC Website
- Login to mySTC account with your User Name and Password.
- Select the mobile number to recharge from the “Select Account” option.
- Click Recharge and select the amount.
- Select a payment method of your choice, like Mada and credit cards.
- Recharge Card: Insert the Recharge Code, and then complete the recharging process.
2. Recharge using the mySTC Application
- Firstly, download the mySTC application from the links below
- Log in to the app using your username and password.
- Select the number you want to recharge from the “select account” option.
- Click Recharge and select the amount.
- Select a payment method of your choice, like Mada and credit cards.
- Recharge Card: Insert the Recharge Code, and then complete the recharging process.
You can use the mySTC app for accessing other services as well, such as checking your data and minutes, finding out about the latest bundles and packages, and, of course, activating them. The app allows you to stay in control of your usage and updated about the latest news regarding your SIM.
3. Recharge using the STC Self-Service Machines
- You can go to your nearest self-service machines installed all across KSA (nearest location).
- Select sawa Recharge, then select the number you want to recharge.
- Insert your ATM card or credit card, then insert the PIN code and complete the recharge process.
