Report Illegal Businesses and Earn a Reward If you encounter any suspicious or illegal business activities, don’t hesitate to report them. Your information can lead to the seizure of assets valued over SR 9 million, making you eligible for a reward. The maximum reward amount is either 5% of the confiscated funds or SR 1 million, whichever is lower.

  1. Gather Evidence: Collect any relevant evidence, including documents, records, or other information that supports your claim. This could include financial records, transaction logs, or other data that indicates illegal activities.
    • Report the Illegal Business: Submit your report to the appropriate authorities, such as the Awqaf website, through the Nafath app. Here is the process: Open the Awqaf website: https://www.awqaf.gov.sa/
    • Log in via Nafath app
    • Create a new account with Awqaf.
    • Report the illegal business.
  2. Provide Detailed Information: Ensure that your report includes detailed information about the illegal business, including its location, the individuals involved, and the specific illegal activities being conducted.
  3. Follow-Up: After reporting the illegal business, follow up with the authorities to ensure that your report is being investigated and that appropriate action is taken.
  4. Earn the Reward: If your report leads to the successful prosecution and seizure of assets valued over SR 9 million, you may be eligible for a reward of up to SR 1 million, which is either 5% of the confiscated funds or SR 1 million, whichever is lower.
