The restaurant offers different cuts of Wagyu beef and black Angus beef. The variety of steaks includes Filet Mignon, T-bone steak, New York Steak, dry-aged steak, Tomahawk steak, Sirloin steak, and Shashlik Steak.
Besides serving one of the best steaks in town, the restaurant specializes in slow-cooking recipes like Assado beef, lamb neck, rack of lamb beef fire show, and lamb shoulder. You can also enjoy traditional Tabulah, Hummus, Baba Ganoush, and baklava.
You will love the dry ice “smoke” and their special ginger tea. The staff take their job too seriously and push all the boundaries to satisfy their customers. They are well-trained and show immense respect to their customers.
Florya is expensive, and by expensive, we mean truly expensive. Portions are good, and the taste is 10/10. The only concern you would have is the high prices.
Our two cents on Florya Steak Lounge are that you should visit it for truly flavorsome food if you are willing to pay high prices.
