The third property for the company in Saudi Arabia will be Four Seasons Jeddah.
In addition to the eagerly anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah, the Kingdom is getting another opulent hotel to complement its chic city property in Riyadh. The Jeddah corniche hotel, scheduled to open in 2024, will have hotel rooms and private villas.
The hotel will have 269 opulent guest rooms and suites overlooking the picturesque Red Sea. 21 serviced apartments for long- and short-term stays, and 64 private residences. It includes two penthouses.
Individual homes will range from one to five bedrooms. The serviced apartments will come in two and three-bedroom options.
The lodgings, created by the renowned Richmond International, will have roomy living areas for large families. Serene bathrooms with spa-like features and marble-covered interiors.
High-end amenities are available to visitors and residents. These include restaurants with outdoor terraces, swimming pools, a gym, a spa, a kids’ club, an event area, and more.
A private resident’s lounge, valet service, an outdoor terrace, and a fitness center will also be available only to homeowners.
The Four Seasons Jeddah offers visitors and locals an excellent location. Experience the developing corniche sector because of its proximity to critical corporate hubs. The Formula One street track, and the ancient Al-Balad, the shopping district.
“As Jeddah appears as a global destination for leisure tourism and business, the coming of Four Seasons to the Corniche ushers in a new level of extravagance and prestige. Signaling the bright future ahead for this dynamic destination.”
Adds Razan Sebai of the Saudi investment firm Midad Real Estate in conjunction with the Four Seasons.
In addition to the Four Seasons, Jeddah will soon welcome several other intriguing newcomers. Such as the Rixos Obhur Jeddah on the picturesque Obhur Bay and the Jeddah Edition inside the yacht club.
