Zain is one of the primary cell network service providers in Saudi Arabia. Since it is a consistent part of Saudi lives, an important one at that, it is always good to have some extra information.
You may wonder how to check Zain’s balance (for prepaid numbers only) and the available amount on your phone.
However, fear not, for we have a few methods to help you through the process.Â
1. Run a USSD code
This is perhaps the easiest way to check your balance. Dial *142# on your phone, and it will show you the credit you have left on your SIM card.
It does not take any time, and you can do it anywhere, anytime.
To check your remaining internet balance in MBs, dial *405#, and the system will show you your leftover internet balance.
2. Zain balance check through SMS
Another way to check the remaining balance, especially for internet data, is to type BC and send it to 700212 or 959.
You will immediately be sent a reply with your remaining data balance.

3. Zain balance inquiry through helpline
A slightly more demanding method to check your remaining Zain balance is to call the Zain helpline.
Call 959 from your Zain number and choose your language, which can either be English or Arabic.
Then press 1 for balance inquiry, and the automated voice will tell you that. All you have to do is listen!
4. Zain balance check through a mobile application
Zain has a very nice application for phones that is available both for Android and iOS. You can log in by creating your account on it with your number.
This is one of the simplest methods and is easy to do. You can check both prepaid and postpaid balances this way and quickly, too.
5. Zain website
Zain’s website, too, has a way to check your things online. You can check your remaining balance, leftover internet data, SIM balance, and postpaid bills.
This process is slightly more complex and lengthy and, hence, not the most ideal of all.
