The hotel development subsidiary of NEOM has formally partnered with lifestyle hospitality provider Ennismore to open its first hotel. Ennismore. Trojena will have a family-friendly spa resort, an outdoor ski village, a nature reserve, and watersports located in the heart of the megacity. It will get finished in 2026.

The two hotel brands are rooted in creativity and culture. It will draw domestic and foreign visitors looking for luxury and adventure in a unique environment.
The Morgans Originals hotel in Trojena will have four top-notch restaurants. A 2,000-square-meter spa, a bathhouse, and a ski slope roof are of architectural significance.
It will also have a rooftop bar with views of the magnificent Trojena mountains. The distinctive hotel will also have a vertical core of eight stories featuring microclimates and immersive art experiences.
To “transfer guests from the strange and natural surroundings of Trojena into a world steeped in the iconic cultural legacy of the brand.
According to the Morgans Originals design team, the eight-story vertical core will have microclimates and immersive art experiences highlighting the brand’s uniqueness“.
For Trojena to embrace its location, the 25-hour team collaborates with Berlin-based design firm Studio Aisslinger to develop a custom idea.
The hotel is “inspired by the building’s futuristic architecture. It will feature allusions to science fiction films and the brand’s alpine heritage.”

Some of its standout amenities include a farm-to-table restaurant and a bike shop with coworking space. It also has a rooftop restaurant with a pool.
The Asian Winter Games will be held in Trojena in 2029. Trojena is known for its tall mountain range.
The resort’s 2,600 meters above sea level elevation will result in lower temperatures and the necessary infrastructure to make it a year-round winter sports destination.
