The Tasheelat Card they may use outside of the Kingdom is available to Saudi nationals and ex-pats.

The new Tasheelat Card is available digitally starting on Tuesday, October 18. It is available through the Tawakkalna Services and the ministry’s applications, printed in Arabic and English.
