Public Security said that individual employers who allow their employees to work for others or for workers’ benefit would face maximum fine.

Riyadh — The Public Security said that individual employers who allow their employees to work for others or for workers’ benefit would face a maximum fine of SR 100,000.

And imprisonment of up to six months. This fine is in addition to imposing a recruitment ban for up to five years.

Public Security has asked the public to report any residency; labor, and border security regulations violations.

The incidents can be reported on 911 in Makkah and Riyadh regions and on 999 in other areas in the Kingdom.
