Jeddah – Four Saudi Football clubs have topped the list of the most valuable teams in Asia. According to the Transfermarkt website, this list is in terms of market value.

The list of the most valuable club in Asia is topped by The Saudi Professional Football League club Al-Nasr. Al-Nasr has a value that amounted to €64.03 million.

New deals raised Al-Nasr’s market value after their agreements last summer. These agreements were with the Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina and the Ivory Coast left-back Ghislain Konan.

Additionally, Al-Nasr has agreed on terms with the Brazilian midfielder Luiz Gustavo. Al-Nasr’s agreement added about €13 million to the club and is considered the highest value on the team.

Al-Hilal Club is second on the list, with a value of €60.97 million. The club did not make any deal during the summer due to its contract suspension because of Saudi player Mohammed Kanno’s case.

The Brazilian player Matheus Pereira is considered the most valuable in the club, with a market value of €11 million.

Al-Ittihad Club ranked third on the list, costing €36.28 million. Its value has risen after they signed the Angolan winger Hélder Costa on loan for one season.

Al-Ittihad also contracted with Egyptian defensive midfielder Tariq Hamed. At the top of the club’s most expensive market value list is Brazilian striker, Romarinho, with €6 million.

After signing several deals, the 4th club on the list is Al-Shabab football, with a value of €35.60. The most noteworthy of these deals is with the Polish defensive midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak.

Krychowiak is considered the most expensive in market value in the club, with €8 million.

Al-Shabab has also signed on Spanish loan player Santi Mina, and the Gabonese player Aaron Boupendza, in addition to the South Korean goalkeeper Kim Seung-Gyu.
